At a meeting of the Selectmen August 2 1774.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Robert Baker Jr. three pounds five shillings and six pence for
keeping of Caleb Clerk his first quarter as per agreement.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay the wid. Priscilla Williams twelve shillings for the support of her
son that is an idiot.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Capt. Caleb Dodge fifty-two shillings and eight pence for
keeping of George Leech his first-quarter as per agreement.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Edward Trask twenty-five shillings and eight pence for keeping
of Hannah Clerk first quarter as per agreement.
Ordered the Treasurer to pay Ens. Josiah Batchelder six pounds thirteen shillings and four
pence for keeping of District School near William Burnett Brown’s Farm this winter past.
