City Hall

Dear Honorable Board:
The proposed zoning amendment outlined below was inadvertently omitted from the packet of
proposed zoning changes submitted to you by the Planning Board last month. If at all
possible, this proposal should be incorporated into the above-referenced Order for public
hearing and debate:
Secition 29-2.B.21, FRONTAGE
Strike the works "Straight - line" from the first line of the definition
This amenedment to the definition of FRONTAGE as adopted on July 1, 1988 would clarify
the method of calculating frontage for lots abutting curves cul-de-sacs, etc. in existing
and proposed roadways.
A copy of the existing definition is attached to this letter. If you have any questions
regarding this change, please do not hesitate to contact me.
