Motion brought before the table to increase water and sewer rates. Defeated on a roll call vote 4 - 5. By Alderman Battistelli ORDERED: As a tool to level found that 93 FY budget, that the Board of Aldermen vote to override proposition 2 ½ in order to fully fund any deficit which remains after thorough review of the Mayor’s Budget.
