Kevin O'Reilly presided. Meghan Karasin stated that the meeting was being recorded.

New Business
Revision of HVAC letter of support: Marshall Handly stated that the infrastructure needs of the
library are vital and go beyond the HVAC system. The trustees are the guardians of the building, but
not the funding for repairs. They need to inform the council of what needs to be addressed in the
building. Ivy Mahan stated that the letter should stress the urgency of the matter and the costs of
delaying/deferring. Trustees reviewed edits to the letter and gave final approval.
