Kevin O'Reilly presided. Meghan Karasin stated that the meeting was being recorded.

New Business
Assistant Library Director's Contact: Allison Babin explained that the salary and dates have been
updated but otherwise the contract is the same as the prior contact. It is for three years.
Joanne Panunzio asked if the pay would be retroactive. Meghan Karasin stated that it was.
Colleen Michaels made the motion, seconded by Joanne Panunzio to approve the Assistant
Director's contract. Roll call vote approved, 8 to 0, with Altman, Behrle, Mahan, Michaels, O'Hare,
O'Reilly, Panunzio, and Schirer-Suter voting in favor. Motion passed.
