August 2018 Veterans Council Meeting MinutesJerry Guilebbe called the meeting to order at 5pm.

July minutes were emailed to council members prior to the meeting. Jerry Guilebbe made a motion to accept the minutes. The motion was seconded and carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Financial Report – David Perinchief
$600.00 was given to the Chapter 115 recipient.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Cable Access Show - Jerry Guilebbe received the necessary information and pictures from all the posts that was needed for the show. The first show will be generic information about
each post and different groups available to help veterans. The show in September will be on VA Healthcare.
Beverly Vietnam Veterans Memorial – The dedication is on schedule for November 11, 2018. David Perinchief made a motion to combine the dedication and Veterans Day service together
at the Beverly Vietnam Veterans Memorial. The motion was seconded and carried. BevCam will be able to cover provide live coverage of the dedication.
Beverly Holiday Parade – There was a discussion to purchase a banner for the veterans council. Ken McKay checked the prices on VistaPrint and a 4x8 banner would cost $107.00. Jerry
will talk to Todd Lampert to see what it would cost for a banner. Chuck Clark will obtain a truck for the parade.
