Reading and Approval of the Minutes
The minutes were emailed to all members prior to the meeting for review. Ron Genest made a motion to accept the minutes. Motion was seconded and carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Financial Report – Per David Perinchief, the balance of the account is $13,872.13
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Memorial Middle School Plaques – There was a discussion regarding placing the plaques on a wall by the gymnasium. Per Kevin Hartunian, this decision still needs to be reviewed by the
School Committee.

Veteran Grave Photos – Help is needed to take pictures of the veteran graves at Central Cemetery. The photos will be uploaded to the Billion Graves app.
Naming of Public Works Building – There was discussion regarding naming the public works building after a former city employee and veteran, Albert Johnson. Paul Weinberg made a motion
to table the discussion. Motion was seconded and carried.
Financial Assistance - There was discussion regarding a Navy Corpsman who is attending school and is in need of financial assistance with tuition. David Perinchief made a motion to
table the discussion. Motion was seconded and carried.
American Legion – The American Legion has a new commander, Sam Schuesler.
