Jerry Guilebbe called the meeting to order at 5:00pm.
Veterans council members present:

Reading and Approval of the Minutes:
Chuck Clark made a motion to accept the September meeting minutes ,seconded and carried.
Financial Report
No Changes since last report
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Jerry Guilebbe said the groups are getting together to remove all flags from Cemeteries
Work still being done and additional meetings set up on Vietnam Veterans Plaza completion.
Letters of reappointment have been sent to the Mayor and then sent to the Council to be voted on.
Letter also send to add Jan Pierce as a new member, and the was also sent to the Mayor and then approval from Council.
David was working with Kim Emerling from Salem on getting Turkeys for the who may be win need.
David mentioned he was working on getting certificate and other awards for Dr. Kowalski.
NEW BUSINESS:
Veterans Day is still being worked on and will have information once we get the information from the Mayor.
