Feldman called the meeting to order at 6:05pm.

#160 6/5/2023 Unit#404 to serve as the Tenant representative on the Approved (3-0)
Beverly Housing Authority
No discussion on Order#157. A motion to approve Order#157 was made and seconded. A vote was taken, and
the motion passed (2-0, Crowley absent).
Order#160
Wanchik spoke about her experience and stated she has been the Vice President of the tenants' association for
about seven years now and is looking to experience other aspects of the Beverly Housing Authority and learn
more about how it works.
A motion to approve Order#160 was made and seconded. A vote was taken, and the motion passed (3-0).
