The motion to approve was made and seconded. A vote was taken, and the motion passed(3-0). Orders#082 and#083 Ayles gave an introduction to the two Board of Assessors appointees. Cramer started working as an appraiser at 20,has worked for the Department of Revenue and Town of Newbury, and since 2020 has been the chief assessor in Malden. There was some general discussion of the time commitment and assessing process. The motion to approve Order#082 was made and seconded. A vote was taken, and the motion passed(3-0). Order#073 Houseman noted that the National Grid petition this letter was regarding had been withdrawn. He spoke briefly about the limitations and options for the Council when it comes to petitions like this one. The motion to receive Order#073 and place it on file was made and seconded. A vote was taken, and the motion passed(3-0). The motion to adjourn Committee on Finance and Property was made and seconded. A vote was taken, and the motion passed(3-0).
