Discussion on Order#282
City Solicitor Stephanie Williams stated this would be similar in process to Councilor St. Hilaire's proposal.
Williams advised caution around defining a short-term rental and making sure it is part of a larger discussion as
a matter of policy. Williams recommended having the legal department and planning department involved in the
final language. There was mention of asking Darlene Wynne to speak to the committee at a future meeting.
A motion to adjourn was made and seconded. A vote was taken, and the motion passed (2-0).
The meeting adjourned at 6:55pm.
