Rotondo asked what the role of the city is for something like this.
Dole stated under MGL Chapter 184 Section 32 if the conservation restriction will be held by a charitable
corporation or trust,the mayor and city council have to approve of the restriction even though the city has no
interest in it since it is between two private parties. The council would have to take into consideration the public
interest.
