ACTIONS TAKEN:
Voted to reappoint Teresa DeBlasie as Assistant Assessor for a one year term beginning July 1, 2021 and to
expire June 30, 2022.
NEW BUSINESS:
Discussed recently filed applications for charitable RE exemption for FY 2022 of two Essex Street parcels
owned by the YMCA. The Chief Assessor will be inspecting these properties prior to making any final decision.
