Beckwith moves to approve the application for the Moraine Farm Public Reservation and
Conservation Restriction, for the purpose of acquisition and Conservation Restriction, with
amendments suggested by Edwards, in the amount of$1.1 million dollars, with $861,048.00
(eight hundred and sixty-one thousand and forty-eight dollars) from the CPA Open Space fund
balance and $238,952.00 (two hundred and thirty-eight thousand and nine hundred and fifty-
two dollars)from the CPA Undesignated Reserve Fund. Seconded by McCrory. Zakas takes a
roll-call vote. The motion passes 7-0.

Bussone makes a motion to adjourn at 7:29 p.m. Seconded by Marino. Zakas takes a roll-call
vote. The motion carries 7-0.
The next regular meeting of the Community Preservation Committee will be held virtually on
Thursday, December 16, 2021, via Google Meet.
