Mason suggests to look at the two small shops in Beverly Farms Half Baked and Kerrigan's Liquor for
window sign compliance as they are currently over the allotted 20%of the window opening per
ordinance. Mason casually mentions the bagel store owner also needs to return for their sign.
C. Discussion on location and time of future meetings.
Conference Room A is available for September and October. Members want to meet at City Hall and
bring up points for consideration why it is imperative to have in person meetings at City Hall. This is an
application driven board. Cook advises to see if Waste Management will provide an alternative option to
meeting at City Hall. If not, members will discuss another night to meet at City Hall.

Cook moves to adjourn. Flannery seconds.The motion carries 5-0.
