COMMISSION GOALS for 2019:
Bench Committee - Mark Casey asked for volunteers to serve on the new Bench Committee. Nancy Marino, Joscelyn,
and Mark will start working on this committee soon.
Regulations/Fees Committee — Bruce will submit a proposal in October after reviewing MRPA survey results.
Park Inspections Committee — Bruce, Joscelyn and Valentino will conduct inspections of all parks in the next couple of
months.
COMMISSION REPORTS:
BG&T Commission — Bill reported that the new bid for the course manager was about to go out to bid. Bill also stated
that the contract for the building project manager was being reviewed by Mayor Cahill.
Community Preservation Committee — Nancy reported that the next round of CPC applications will be starting in
October. Nancy suggested picking a project from the Carriage House plan to be submitted.
Master Plan — Mark reported that there have been two meetings at the Senior Center and the Beverly Middle School.
Additional meetings around the City will be held in the near future.
