PR12032020 COVID Expenses — FEMA &Cares Act Reimbursements for most Covid-related expenses including staffing, equipment, signage, laptops, PPE &cleaning supplies, etc. FEMA—75% &Cares Act— 25%. City still spending Cares $$. PARK SIGNAGE: NO CHANGE - Still looking at where signage funding will come from. Approximately $114K for now. Work needs to be bid out. This has been on hold since start of COVID-19 restrictions! FIELDS: Proposal for updating Field Permit Policy& increased Fees - Review new Field Permit Policy proposal and voted to implement new policy and fees. (Motion by Nancy Marino/Second by Bill Lowd — Passed 5-0) Issues with light outages at Innocenti and Cooney returned in 2020. Cooney lights need to be replaced. Estimate from MUSCO Lighting for $400,000-$425,000 just for the lighting equipment. Installation could cost an additional $150,000 or more. Cost for Cooney repairs alone was over$9000 in 2019.
