Minutes 11-17 sold in tobacco establishments. It is not legal in Massachusetts, although distributors are
claiming to store owners it is.
Mr. Burke had updates for the Board:
Teresa Kirsch stated there have been 4,643 COVID cases in Beverly, with 4,290 recovered, and
225 deaths. Often entire households, the vaccinated and unvaccinated, will contract Covid. The
Contact Tracing Collaborative will be disbanded in December.
Mr. Burke has received interest from a physician in regard to the vacancy on the Board. He will
follow up by forwarding information and speaking to him.
Ms. Higgins motioned to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Alpine seconded.
