Awards Committee
e The awards committee did not meet.
Transportation Committee
e Susan moved to table this issue until the review of the Strategic Plan Update, Stephanie
seconded,unanimous approval.
Unfinished Business
• Staff and participants continue to wear masks while in the building. There have been
some capacity increases for programs with long waitlists.
• New slate of officers was presented and unanimously approved.
• MaryAnn reviewed the Strategic Plan and presented an update on the first goal of the
plan. The board will review the prepared materials and continue the discussion at the next
meeting.
New Business
• MaryAnn prepared materials for the creation of policies for public comment and
"Emeritus" board member status. Jessica will review the materials.
• We will add an update about the Livin' the Good Life show to unfinished business to the
next meeting.
Announcements
• There is a new board member appointment pending a City Council vote on Monday
night.
• MaryAnn asked the board to consider changing the date of the January board meeting.
