Minutes of September 15, 2021 Meeting
Earl reports that the grants have been officially awarded. He asks Neuman to be the point person
in coordinating the hoist pier construction. The window to do the hoist pier work is probably
between November and February.
Bass River CAD cell Seaport Grant
Neuman reports that the only update from Forth is that they will take measurements in December
and will report back then.
Falco Proiect
Earl has no updates to report.
Birarelli-Waterfront Public Access
Rotondo reports that he talked with Tommy and they will be paving there in the Fall. They are
still planning to work with the city and the HMA but are looking to the Spring.

There being no further business before the Harbor Management Authority this evening,
Callaghan makes a motion to adjourn. Flaherty seconds. Motion to adjourn approved(8-0).
The HMA Meeting is adjourned at 8:55 pm.
