Flansburgh & Associates for review. Ms. Kuespett stated that they have interviewed three people with a
fourth to be inten4ewed. Mr. Seamarts stated that this person would work for Flatmburgh and would
therefore be more accountable to the job. Ms. Boutchard staled that he feels that tiffs person should work
fortheCity. TheCitYwouldpaytheClerkofWorksapproximately$55,000.OOwithnobenefits.
Flansburgh would bill the City for $75,000 forthe Clerk and guarantee all the services. Mr. Searoans
stated there needs to be a sub-committee to review the resumes as was done in the past. Ms. Kuespert
pointed out that someone is needed for the job now and that their price is based on the quality of people
they are interviewing.
Ulxlate - Hannah/Cove Elen~ntaty Schools Proiects
Ms. Kuespert stated that these projects mast go to construction by July 1, 1999 inorder to keep the funding
from the State. A Special Meeting has been set for September 23, 1998 at which time Ms. Kuespert will
present information regarding these projects. This meeting will held at the McKeown School. Mr. Lupiul
needs to know as quickly as possible the extent of the Cove Project as he needs to find a building for the
kids to go to. Ms. KuespeR stated that when she receives a letter from the State that the project has been
funded, she will contact them to discuss what the minimum amount of wonk is that can be done while the
building is occupied.
