MINUTES
JUNE 2_3, 1997
A meeting of the Bu~ding and Other Facfiities Planning and Construction Committee was
held on Monday, June 23, 1997 at 6:30 p.m. at the Briscoe Mkldle School, School
Committee Room. Present were Ray Bouchard, Thad Siemasko, Tim Brennan, Mike
Nardella, Rod Maxner, and School Business Manager Judith Mulligan.
Ray called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. As Case LEA arrived early and Peterson Assoc.
did not arrive by 6:30, Case LEA was invited to give their presentation first. Peterson gave
their presentation next, followed by Gale Associates. After the presentations, members
voted to award the design for the BHS and Centerville roofs as follows:
Mike - Gale
Rod - Gale
Thad - Gale
Ray - Gale
Tim- Gale
Ray asked Judy to inform the finaHsts of the Committee's decision and to request Jon
Lindberg of Gale Assoc. to send out a copy of a contract including full time on site contract
administration.
Tim made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Thad. So voted 5-0.
