February 1, 1996
The Commission met at 3 pm in the Briscoe School.
Present: Marshall Handly, City Solicitor; Rod Maxner, School Maintenance Supervisor; Thomas
Scully, Procuremere Officer; Michael Lauranzano, John Drislane, Nancy Levin, Building Commission;
Jeanne Kuespert, David Soleau, architects.
Marshall Handly presented a draft of the architects contract. Discussion followed on proposed
changes to the contract. David Soleau asked to review the contract with his firm and the meeting was
adjourned.
Next meeting: Monday, February 5, 1996 at 12 noon in the School Committee Room, Briscoe
