MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 16, 1996
A meeting of the Elementary Facilities Building C6mmission was held on
Monday, September 16, 1996 at 3:30 p.m. in the Briscoe Middle School, School
Committee room. Present were Michael Lauranzano and Nancy Levin,
current building commission and School Business Admini/trator Judith
Mulligan. The purpose of the meeting was to dean up remaining business
prior to dissolution of the current commission.
Mike L., Nancy L. and Judy M. reviewed the minutes of prior meetings and
compared them to BRF+A's Meeting Notes for accuracy. All were approved as
is with the exception of the July 2, 1996 minutes. Mike L. made a motion and
Nancy L. seconded to approve the minutes of the following meetings:
February 29, 1996; March 18, 1996; March 75, 1996; April 1, 1996; April 8, 1996;
April 22, 1996; April 29, 1996; May 1, 1996; May 13, 1996; May 20, 1996, June 10,
1996; June 24, 1996; July 15, 1996; August 5, 1996 and August 20, 1996. The
minutes to the meeting held on July 2, 1996 were approved with the
foliowing revision: to the second paragraph, line four add "per latest cost
estimate" after "(savings $13,560)". So voted 2-(3 to approve the minutes of the
meetings listed above.
Judy read alouc~ the minutes for todays meeting. Mike made a motion and
Nancy seconded to approve the minutes of the September 16, 1996 meeting.
Nancy and Mike thanked ]udy for her hard work and voted to adjourn at 4:15
p.m.
