1888-02-16February 16,1888 In board of school committee. Present Messr. Baker, Griffin, Galloupe, Hinkley, Cole. Voted that every pupil in the Grammar Schools shall be accurately marked from monthly test examinations in each study, and no deductions shall be made for inattention or want of neatness during the exercise. At all times pupils shall receive credit for what work is performed, and in no case shall the marking for Department affect a scholar’s average. Voted to adjourn till Tuesday evening next. William H.
