A special joint meeting of the Beverly School Committee and the Beverly City
Council was held on Monday, October 27, 1997 at the Beverly High School Library,
Beverly, MA.

Mr. Bjork, Mrs. Frutiger, Mrs. Gillespie, Mrs. Krueger,
Ms. Levin, Mr. McHugh, Mrs. Seamans
and Mrs. Goodenough.

Members Present:
Mr. Coughlin,, Mrs. Golin, Mrs. McGlynn,
Mr. Mahan, Mr. Murray, Mr. Rollins, and Mrs. Troubetaris.
City Council
Members Absent:
Mr. Gilmore and Mr. Nardella.
Also in Attendance:
William Lupini, Superintendent of Schools,
Keith Manville, Assistant Superintendent of Schools,
and Judy Mulligan, School Business Manager.
Mrs. Goodenough called the meeting to order at 7:35 PM, following a tour of the
computer labs at Beverly High School.
Superintendent Bill Lupini presented the Superintendent's goals and spoke
briefly about the status of each goal. Discussion was held.
The meeting adjourned at 8:40 PM.
