1. The Board of Registrars voted to hold the preliminary and final
elections in the following places:

4-1 Cove School
4-2 Cove School
5-1 Second Congregational Church
5-2 North Beverly Elementary School

A letter naming Election Workers will be forwarded to the City
council
It was voted that the following locations will be designated at

A letter will be sent to the purchasing department relative to
declaring all items to do with Punch Card Voting as surplus.
A refresher course will be conducted on Thursday, September
16, 1999 at 6:30 PM relative to electronic voting machines
