Special Meeting
January 18, 2003
The meeting was called to order at 8:55 am.
The Commission members discussed the applications of each of the eight applicants for
the position of Director of Parks and Recreation. The Commission decided to invite 5 of the
applicants for final interviews. The interviews will be held on Saturdays from 9 am to 12 noon
at the Beverly Public Library.

Joshua Cole
Bruce Doig
Mari Matt
Arthur Sullivan
