Minutes of previous meeting were accepted as written.

Bruce reported on a brief meeting regarding Hurd Stadium. All agreed that the permitting should stay with the
High School. Other issues to be worked out.

Field Summit was well attended.
DIRECTOR’S REPORT

Park Tour: May 4 & 11 from 7:30-10:30 am meeting at the Senior Center.

Discussed cost to surface Dane equipment and Lynch Park tot area. New swings for Lynch will be $10,000. with
surfacing. All agreed to go ahead with these projects.
BUDGET & FINANCES
Mark presented his report on the budget. General Fund and Enterprise budgets were reviewed line by line.
Discussion was held on how the Enterprise Fund works.
Discussed the proposal to change the time the parks close from the current 10 pm to an earlier time. Motion was
made to recommend no action be taken to change the park hours. Motion was carried with all in favor.
