1995-09-05September 5, 1995 TO: PETER COPELAS FROM: TOM BUSSONE RE: BEVERLY LITTLE LEAGUE AND HARRY BALL FIELD Dear Peter: Subject to your approval, at their September 7th meeting, I would like to ask the Recreation Department to make Little League's Permit for the above mentioned field subject to the following conditions: 1. There will be no play started after 9:35 P.M. 2. All game lights are to be off by 10:00 P.M. 3. There will be no loud speakers allowed except for the following: A. City Championship Game. B. District, Bi-District, Sectional, and Final Games. C. Opening Day. The use of the speakers for Beverly Little League Games will be limited to things such as the national anthem, announcing the players and coaches, and telling the score at the end of each inning. The announcing of each batter is prohibited. 4. There will be no loud speaker announcements from or concerning the concession stand. 5. Parking will,be permitted only in the parking lot and the left side (concession stand side) of the field. 6. Maintenance of the field can not commence until 8:30 A.M. on any given day. I await your comments and/or approval, and then I will call Joan Fairbank and tell her that we will be at the meeting with a joint agreement for the Recreation Department.
