Zambernardi calls the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.
Miles Group c/o Attorney T. Alexander/Prescott Farms/ off Boulder Lane:
Zambernardi explains that this meeting is for Site Plan Review #73-03. She explains that
this agenda item was opened at the last meeting on April 11, 2003. At that meeting,
members voted to table the discussion until input of the Fire Chief could be obtained.
Mitchell states that the Fire Chief has serious reservations about there being no secondary
access to the development. Mitchell states that the Fire Department has agreed to support
the plan provided that the 8-inch water main is looped, all buildings are fully sprinklered,
and that posted fire lanes are strictly observed to allow fire apparatus room to maneuver.
Attorney Thomas Alexander agrees to these conditions.
Tarsook makes a motion to recommend that the Planning Board approve the site plan
with the conditions that the 8-inch water main is looped, all buildings are fully
sprinklered, and that posted fire lanes are strictly observed to allow fire apparatus room to
maneuver. Mitchell seconds the motion and it is passes unanimously (3-0).
The meeting adjourned at 11:50 a.m.
