restaurant. Attorney Thomas Alexander, ripresenting the property owners, explains to
the commission that a from porch has been added to the new restaurant building, that the
dumpster areas on the site will he screened with a stockade fence, and one of the three

tmprovemems proposed in the approved site plan with one of the existin~ tenants.
Because the negotiations were unsuccessful, the applicant is proposing to limit the size of
the proposed retail structure to he built on the property to a smaller building than
originally proposed. The liquor store/print shop building will remain a free-standing
building and will he separated from the new retail building by a two-lane traffic aisle and
pedestrian walkway. Additionally, the owners will keep the center driveway entrance
that was to he eliminated under the original site plan.
