MINUTES OF MEETING - LICENSE BOARD - OCTOBER 10, 1996
Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.
All members present.
Chairman Terry introduced the Board.
1. Norman Ganley, member of the Commission on Disabilities
invited in by Board.
He had a communication from Board of Selectman from Chelmsford
particular to CommQn Victualler licenses but do not see why cannot
have it apply to all licenses. Education is primarily the goal.
Discussion followed. Informed the Board that Commission members had
been given authority to jot down number of car parked in handicapped
zone or take a picture and person will receive a ticket of $25.00.
will be increase to $100. Every little bit helps.
Mr. Terry Thanked him for his presentation. Feel the way to get
it approved is through the City Council. Communication received and
placed on file.
2. One day licenses - Mr. Cook requested that the record show that
he disqualified himself on this issue.
Endicott College - Motion to approve licenses as requested.
Motion carried 2-0.
