MINUTES OF BEVERLY LICENSE BOARD - MAY 12, 1999
Members present Richard Kelley and Ronaid Ranta.
Meeting caged to order at 6:30 p.m.
1. Transfer of License - Wild Horse Caf6. Application for transfer to Brendan
Crocker. Application reviewed. No one present to speak either in favor or against
transfer. Mr. Crocker submitted his Fed. 1D # 04-3464235 and Articles of
Incorporation. Clerk to mail him back a copy.
Motion - Mr. Ranta - that the application for a transfer of license be approved.
Motion seconded Mr. Kelley. Motion carried 2-0.
Transfer of License - Season's Restaurant. Application for transfer to Susan and
Steven O'Connor. This to be a straight transfer of license from current
corporation to a limited liability corporation recently established.
Mr. Kelley - Your work experience is listed. You presently are working in
Brighton? Yes. Peter Harrison current owner also present. Are they presently
involved in any part of the operation? No.
No one present to speak in favor or against application. The O'Connors will be
equal partners? Yes.
Motion - Mr. Ranta - that the application for a transfer of license be approved.
Motion seconded by Mr. Kelley. Motion carried 2-0.
3. One-day licenses - Endicott College - Motion made and seconded to approve
licenses. Motion carried 2-0.

4. Fusion's - Application for an entertainment license
Lt. Roccio stated Police Department has no problem. Discussion followed.
Mr. Stern to be invited to the next meeting to address days of the week and hours.
5. One day license - Farms-Prides July 4 Dance - Motion made and seconded to
approve license. Motion carried 2-0.
6. One day license at Beverly Cove Community Center for a fund raiser for a former
Depot Restaurant employee. Clerk to call Depot to check. Motion made and
seconded to approve the license. Motion carried 2-0.
Next meeting to be held June 3, 1999.
