LIBRARY DIRECTOR’S REPORT
November 28, 2000
Beverly Farms Library
- Dr. and Mrs. Robert Seamans hosted a fund-raising meeting at their
home for about 40 potential donors. The speakers were myself, Kerry Healey of the Fund Raising
Committee and Tony Tappe and Drayton Fair, architects.
School/Library Cooperation
- The Superintendent has contacted me about meeting to discuss
opening some school libraries. Opening school buildings for after hours use is something which is
being encouraged as part of the Education Reform program.
