Neil Olson presided..
Neil Olson presented Director' s evaluation. Helga Senko made the motion, seconded by Lindsay
Diehl, to:
accept the evaluation of the Director and forward it on to the Committee of the
Whole. Motion passed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:55 P.M.
