Present: Mr. Tappan, presiding Miss Standley and Mrs. Conrad.
It was voted to present a plan to the full board at a special meeting to be called for the next
day (April 4, 1974), as follows:
A meeting between Mrs. Stevens and the Personnel Committee would be requested
at which time the following would be suggested to her:
a) Four weeks of vacation commencing April 12 to be granted.
b) At the conclusion of the vacation period, suggest to Mrs. Stevens that she
take a leave of absence without pay until her sixtieth birthday (November
4, 1974), at which time she would retire.
