Mr. Lovett, Mrs. Conrad, Miss StandIcy, Mrs. Risley and Mr. Tappan. present. Chairman of
Personnel Committee, with agreement of Board Chairman, appointed Mr. Tappan to Committee as
Mrs. Risley was to be out of town for future meetings.
Committee met with Mr. Nesse and viewed his experience, qualifications and personality
favorably. Further imerviews set up for April 17.
