Diane Costa presided.
Trustees met to continue the discussion of the long range plan.
Tom Scully reported that he contacted the school department, Council on Aging, and the
Chamber of Commerce. Council on Aging Director suggested that we do a questionnaire for
seniors. She will get back to Tom. Superintendent of Schools will provide Tom with names of
school people to serve on the community advisory committee. Tom is still waiting to hear from
the Chamber of Commerce. So far no one has been interested in being part of a focus group.
There is a possibility that a meeting could be set up with municipal department heads on a
Thursday night.
Tom will be working on a profile of library users.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:10 P.M.
