Report of Meeting
November 25, 1985
Present: Nancy White, Kathleen Henrichon, Frances McCarthy, Susan Salt.
The Long Range Planning Committee met at 6:15 p.m. A motion for executive session was made by
Nancy White, seconded by Susan Salt and the committee roll call vote was unanimous. References
for architects chosen an ~nalists at the November 14, 1980 meeting were discussed. A motion by
Nancy White, seconded by Frances McCarthy returned the meeting to regular session. The committee
voted to reduce the ~nalists to three candidates to be interviewed December 10, 11 and 12 at 4:00
p.m. Questions were formulated to be submitted to the candidates prior to the interviews, The
meeting was adjoumed.
