Edward Brindle presided.
The trustees met to discuss the FY2003 budget.
Tom Scully reported that there is currently an expenditure freeze.
Tom Scully presented a draft budget for FY2003 with the expectation that the budget will be level
funded. There are no pay raises for employees except for contractual obligations. All college
students will be laid off. Electricity and heating fuel line items take into account that the Farms
Library will be closed.
The trustees will review the FY2003 budget again at some future date.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 P.M.
