Edward Brindle presided.
The Finance Committee met to review the proposed FY2000 budget.
Personnel:
1. Increases in salaries due to 53 week pay year.
2. Union contract has not been signed so there are no pay increases, other than step increases and
53 week pay period, reflected in the proposed budget.
Operations/Maintenance:
1. Building repair budget increased by $3,000.00.
2. Computer maintenance could possibly change because NOBLE will be choosing a new
vendor.
3. Book account increased by $20,000.00, $3,000.00 of which is shifted to the newly created
binding line item.
4. Custodial supplies account increased by $9,000.00.
Neil Olson made the motion, seconded by Kay Fanning, to:
accept the FY2000 budget of$1,122,116.89 as presented and recommend it to the
full Board for their acceptance. Motion passed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjoumed at 5:00 P.M.
