The Finance Committee met to review the disposition of Mrs. Loring's gift of stock to the Beverly
Faxms Library. After some discussion, the Finance Committee agreed to recommend to the full Board
that the gift of stock be turned into cash and used for purchase of equipment for Beverly Faxms
Library.
