Wednesday, December 2, 1970 1:30 P.M.
A special meeting was held at the Library on the above date.
Mr. Kenneth R. Shaffer, Director of Simmons Library School, met with the Board in regard to his
services as a consultant for the building program.
After a lengthy discussion It was voted unanimously Mr. Shaffer be hired for Phase I. Motion made
by Mrs. Isenberg and seconded by Dr. Murray.
All members of the Board were present.
