Roll Call of Members:
Present were: Neil B. Olson, Chairmart, Dr. Edna MeGlynn, Mary Connors, Roger Morency, Nancy
White and Richard BuckIcy. Also present was Barbara Smith.
Mr. Olson had called the special meeting to hear the report of the Personnel Committee with
reference to the Settlement Memorandum prepared by Alan Kaplan, City Negotiator.
It was moved by Mr. Buckley and seconded by Dr. MeGlynn to convene in executive session.
Ms. Connors reported that the Personnel Committee, together with Mr. Olson and Mr. Ayers, had
met with Mr. Kaplan on February 261h, at which time he went over each issue in negotiation as
detailed in the minutes of that meeting which had been sent to the Trustees. The motion was made
by Ms. Connors, seconded by Ms. White, that the Board accept the Settlement Memorandum as
prepared by Mr. Kaplan. Motion earfled unanimously.
Mr. Olson then retumed the meeting to open session. It was moved by Mr. Buckley and seconded
by Dr. MeGlynn that the Settlement Memorandum accepted in executive session be ratified. Motion
carded unanimously.
Motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Buckley and seconded by Ms. White. The meeting adjourned
at 6:15 p.m.
