Librarians's report - There has been a question raised by Public Works Dept. - any work done from now on, the labor may have to be paid for. Discussed the work to be done at the Farms to repair windows and door damaged when break-ins occurred. It was suggested that we wait until new mayor and Public Works Commissioner get settled, then we will discuss it and get guide lines. Trustees advised Director to get a private contractor to give us an est'tmate of cost to repair damage in Farms; also, to get "specs" and if necessary, go on bid for the carpet for the main stairway. In any event, carpeting on stairs was to be replaced as soon as possible. Bookmobile is in the Public Works parking lot. Mr. Ayers is to check N.S. Regional Vocational school to look at what repairs are needed. Adjourned: 9:15 P.M. Esther Calish Clerk
