Thursday, February 15, 1968 4 P. M.
The regular meeting of the Trustees was held on the above date at the Beverly Public Library. In the
absence of Mrs. Conrad, Mr. Tooracy presided. Trustees present were Miss StandIcy, Mr. Maeser,
Mr. Bunker, Dr. Murray, Mr. Rieci and Mr. Lovett.
VOTED: To accept the minutes of the last meeting. VOTED: To accept all reports
Finance sheets were studied and accepted. Budget has not been returned from City Hall.
After long discussion of the parking problem in front of the Library, as Mr. Toomey will be away for
6 weeks, the feeling was that the, Librarian should contact Lieut. Angelini of the Beverly Police
Dept., to determine some solution. Than perhaps he would be willing to attend a Trustee's Meeting.
After long discussion of Mrs. Hall's condition, it was decided to wait for the April Meeting and Mr.
Toomey will again speak to her husband.
The meeting adjourned at 5 P.M.
