December 21, 1967 4 P.M.
The regular meeting was held on the above date. Present were Mrs. Conrad, presiding, Miss Standley
Mr. LoveR, Mr. Ricci, Mr. Tooracy, Mr. Maeser, Dr. Murray, and Mr. Bunker. VOTED to accept
minutes of previous meeting. Librarian's report and. Financial sheets were accepted. It was reported
that $2.84 was left in Tnkst Fund Account and that $115.19 was returned to City from Salaries
($114.32 of the $115.19 was from newly established custodian position at the Farms)
VOTED that the Clerk write the Mayor requesting an early appointment for Finance Committee to
discuss 1969 budget.
Mr. Tooracy reported for Adniistmtion that garaging of Bookmobile is still a problem and that Mr.
Abate has been contacted regarding sanding letters each side of front door.
Discussed was two tress on City Property that need attention, short skirts wom by younger staff, the
condition of walls in Reading Rooms, and a greater effort in bookmobile service to meet different
needs of patrons.
