In attendance at the above meeting were Mrs. Conrad, presiding, Miss StandIcy, Mr. Toomey, Dr.
Murray, Mr. Ricci, and Mr. Lovett.
Voted to approve records of previous meeting
Voted to accept Librarian's report and Financial Sheets.
For Administration: Mr. Toomey reported he had conferred with Mr. Baker concerning walls. Mr.
Baker believes paint or canvass not practical until walls are stripped. City men will do this when they
have the time. Custodians were instructed to wash and paint skylights with aluminum paint. Work
on the Beverly Farms windows has been finished.
Mrs. Conrad suggested refinishing tables in the reading room and purchasing 2 new chairs.
Miss Standley suggested that students from Emerson College be considered for story telling in the
fall. Expense would be only transportation.
Meeting adjourned at 4:50.
