Board of Trustees Regular Meeting
January 16, 1975, 4:00 P.M.
Present: Mr. Maeser, presiding; Mr. Larivee, Miss MeGarc, Miss Moran.
Due to the lack of a quorum, no official business was conducted. Those present discussed the
"Proposed Leave of Absence Policy" and suggested changes. Other topics discussed included the
bookmobile; budget; contractual details on the toilets; open house for the retiring Farms Branch
Librarian, Olive White; use of Trust funds for Out-of-State Travel insurance on the library;
reorganization of library departments; the salary study; and the possibility of changing the meeting
time to an evening hour.
Meeting broke up at 6:05 P.M.
